In a nutshell, payouts each week are based on an adjusted score, not your actual score. (Think bowling or ball golf league). This format creates a level playing field for all participants. Payout: $4 of every entry will be used to pay out the top 45% of adjusted scores each week. Each player’s top 12 adjusted scores will determine the final league standing. You must attend a minimum of 12-nights to qualify for the final standings. The additional $1 from each week’s entry will be used to payout the top 45% of final league standings. An ace pot will be available each week for an additional $1. Memphis disc golf has started both leagues ace pots at $50. The ace pot pays out 75%. If you missed out last year, don’t kick yourself again for not attending. The league format was highly competitive for both experienced and novice players alike. One thing held true however, the more you play, the better your chances of placing in the final standings. In 2007 the leagues paid out over $900 in the final standings to just 9-people. Those players’s average attendance was 22-nights over a 33-night season! It pays to play! Not interested in playing quite yet? Feel free to walk a round with us during league play to see what all of the fun is about. FIRST NIGHT: Orgill – March 11 Farms – March 13 |
