Divisions and Entry Fees: ALL DIVISIONS $20 ENTRY FEE

(Bring 3 cans of food and get a $2 off entry fee--then you can put your $2 in the ACE POTS!!)

Payout: The following expenses will be deducted from the entry fees:
$2 per player for SNDG
Plaques 1st place each division, tags: 1st thru 3rd place all divisions

THEN ONE HALF OF THE REMAINING ENTRY FEES GO TO CHARITY (payouts based per division on whats left!!--ITS FOR CHARITY YA KNOW!!).

IF YOUR DIVISION IS NOT LISTED IT CAN BE CREATED (PER THE RULES).

ANY CREATED DIVISION WILL HAVE A 1st place PLAQUE provided AFTER THE FACT.

ALL FUNDS ON MULLIGANS ARE GOING TO THE RONALD MCDONALD HOUSE OF MEMPHIS!!....YOU WANNA BUY YOUR FIRST EVER WIN--GO AHEAD AND DUMP YOUR DOUGH FOR CHARITY!!! The rest of your card will be keeping up with mulligans used by each other!!)

PAYMENT FOR ALL MULLIGANS MUST OCCUR WHEN TURNING IN YOUR CARDS ELSE YOU WILL BE STROKED 3 PENALTY STROKES FOR EACH MULLIGAN NOT PAID FOR......(dont take em unless you can pay for em!!)

Pre-registration: Pre-registration is encouraged but not required. Send Check or Money Order payable to the Memphis Disc Golf Club to:

Even if you are pre-registered, you must check in with the TD to confirm your attendance and fill out your card. Please print legibly and include the following information with your registration:

Note: even if you have pre-registered, you must check in with the TD Saturday morning to fill out your leader board card, sign the Waiver of Liability form and, if you want, enter the ace pots.

REGISTRATION DAY OF EVENT: Saturday January 15th from 8:00 a.m. to 9:15 a.m. at the course--BUD HILL CLUBHOUSE. Registration will close at exactly the time stated above. Please register with cash. If you have not registered with the TD, 9:15 a.m. you will be ostracized and cause much delay--but its for charity so I bet I’ll still take your $$!! However, the TD will not delay the start of the players meeting and subsequent tee times because someone overslept….DO YA HEAR WHAT IM SCREAMIN’???

ACCOMMODATIONS
Lodging: There will be primitive camping at Bud Hill. Sites are first come, first claimed. Porta Potties will be provided, but that's about it.

Other area accommodations in the area are:
Best Western (901)873-2222 has rooms left.
Magnolia Inn (901)873-4400 has rooms available.
Millington Days Inn (901)872-3335 has good availability.

All of these hotels are on Hwy 51 in Millington. FEND FOR YOURSELF!!

Tee Times: Tee off at the park will be at exactly 10:00 a.m. Tee off at Bud Hill. (2 rounds)

Ace Pots: TBD at the registration desk!!

Other Activities: Details to be announced at the Players Meeting : RINGS OF FIRE GRIFF STYLE!!

Awards Ceremony: The Awards Ceremony will be held at Bud Hill. Plaques will be awarded for first in each division, tags for first through third.

Memphis Disc Golf Party

Memphis Disc Golf Club End of the Year Party!! December 17, 2005!!
We will be having the Club party on Saturday, December 17, 2005 at Bud Hill !!

Here’s the skinny:

We will have a flip-up doubles for all who wish to play at 1 pm.

The bonfire and eats will be at 4 pm. The Club is providing the food….HOWEVER the event is BYOB for obvious liability purposes.

We will also be having the annual elections for the Club officers and Board/Committee posts.

The election ballots will have space for write-in candidates. The ballot/slate of officers running are as follows:

Treasurer                       David Coady

Automatic Board members are:

Past President   Gary Waggoner (automatic appt.)

Again write-ins are accepted. Griff says that he does not know how the “committee” chairs are selected, but if elected he is asking those who have served in Committee capacity to remain on Board. (i.e. Leighann Fischer, Crawdaddy and Land Man, Ms. Barabara Daniels, etc.).

THE return of the HANGOVER CLASSIC!!

January 1st 2006 Bud Hill Disc Golf Course

Sunday Morning......arrival time around 9 am tee time at 10 am!!

Not quite sure of the format, but usually a flip-up doubles!

Thanks to Danny and Barbara for their hospitality--they WILL be serving lunches for the customary $5 donation......

MDGC BAG TAGS should be there....I have heard from Bill McCarty that he and Harvey will be there, and thus so will our 2006 BAG TAGS!!

A perfect time to sign up for 2006 Club membership and get a LOW #!!! $20 to join the Club...you get a tag and a club mini for membership (and being a prestigious member of the Memphis Disc Golf CLub)....

HOPE TO SEE EVERYONE THERE!! 2006 Club President Griff

The FORUM IS DOWN!

December 7th: Someone feels it necessarry to attack the MDG forum. Spamming began last night and continues this morning. Due to multiple spam posting that are corrupting many threads, the forum has been taken off line.
